Dirk Neumann is your project manager and first point of contact in the office. After studying social science in Gießen he led educational programs for various institutions and was responsible for developing concepts and training for team development and communication seminars in a training agency. After this he worked as personnel manager in a company in the internet branch. He is the specialist in the edutrainment company for all questions about personnel issues and the design of HR-programs. Dirk lives with his family in Prenzlauerberg, Berlin.  

Alexander Schaaf is responsible for the field of knowledge management and new media. After an intensive course on project management and new media in 1998 and then project work at M.I.T. Newmedia and  VC Virtual Center GmbH in Friedrichsdorf / Frankfurt a.M.  Alexander Schaaf founded the agency for network learning, the Learning Architects. "Learning is like paddling upstream. If you stop paddling, you go back downstream!" The development of innovative learning methods and the measurement of their success  is based on the conviction that in future only those will remain competitive, who learn from each other - and quickly.
