Coaching means temporally, thematically and clearly defined guidance of groups and individuals. Coaching is often the best possibility to achieve a mutually defined goal in a short amount of time. This is something we are passionate about. Sometimes coaching is used as an alibi for one’s own failings as an executive.

This is something we would rather avoid. Coaching is first and foremost about trust and a question of chemistry. If our profile doesn’t fit (and we do have some interesting profiles!), then the best ideas and tools won’t work at all. For this reason: arrange a first appointment, get to know us a little, mark out the frame and sleep over it.
